Problem with Internet Explorer

This just started yesterday for some reason. When I visit a site like Joystiq and Kotaku, like 5 seconds in it says "Internet Explorer cannot open the webage [insert site here] Operation Aborted."

I read somewhere I have to mess with some Javascripts and I do not know shit about that. Help?

IE is basically built into your system so its going to load a lot faster (and when you've got a shit computer like me it matters)
