Best PC headset with mic?

So I'm gonna build a new PC soon and I need a headset. I really like Turtle Beaches for 360 and would like something like that. What I mean by that is something I can listen to ingame sounds with but talk to people too.

Any ideas?

How much are you looking to spend? I have the Logitech G930, wireless, and they are damn awesome. Cost 159+tax at Best Buy, you might could find them cheaper.

Yeah man its great. Even has a voice changer that you can screw with people. The only thing I had trouble with was this echo, where I could hear myself in the headset, but I figured out the fix for that, just had to go to the volume mixer and mute the mic or something, I forget at the moment but it was easy. My friend says it sounds clear as day, and the surround sound is damn awesome. It also has a longggggg charge life, like 10 hours or something. Its very comfortable too.

When you chat with people, is the ingame sound overbearing in comparison to chat sound?

Like, do you have an easy time hearing people while a game is on?

Sometimes it varies, different games change around for me. Like TF2 people sound good and I can hear em fine, but then maybe someone gets on and doesn't talk loud, so I turn in-game sounds down a bit and turn sound on the headset up, same with APB or vent when I used it. The side roller thing is awesome for that, just up and down to change volumes.

Also, best place to build a computer? I was thinking Newegg but they don't BUILD the computer which is what I want. Cyberpower seems the easiest, but it's expensive as fuck. Tiger Direct I don't have much knowledge about, but I think most would say Newegg.

I agree, build it yourself. I mean if you follow instructions you find online it shouldn't be that hard. I mean everything is basically put part A into hole A, etc.

For motherboards, can I just buy any and expect it to work? I know that certain RAM sticks have to have compatibility with certain mobo's, so I'm not sure there.

I'm pretty sure you gotta have a motherboard that can support all the shit you're going to connect to it.
