Pre-launch day party

OK, it works a bit like Portal Forums day did, everyone tries to get on at the same sort of time so things look busy.

Couple of pointers:

1) It has to be BEFORE Oblivion comes out as nobody will be around after.
2) It's not got to be too late for those in Europe.
3) It's not got to be too early for those in America.

So when is good?
