For those who don't know, Jack Thompson is a lawyer from Florida who has been on an anti-video game protest for the past several years.

He's claimed pretty much that video games are the root of all evil and has gone on to sue the developers of games like 'Grand Theft Auto' or 'The Sims 2'. He believes video games (especially violent ones) cause people to loose reality and therefore cause real life destruction, death, murders, blah, blah, blah.

He also claims all this with no concrete proof or backup. In other words, he's a complete moron. Please don't consider Jack Thompson as a legitimate lawyer, instead think of him as an 'ambulance chaser' looking for only fame and money.

CAD is a bit silly. Not only is it pretty fanboyish at times but it goes about issues like these in exactly the wrong way. Saying 'DON'T FUCK WITH US, JACK' is only going to add to Thompson's argument, not throw it off. CAD is only making it worse by throwing out kneejerk reactions like this.

Edit: Also, CAD has just been flat out unfunny recently. I mean what the hell is this? There isn't even a joke!

I just don't understand why people believe him, I've been playing violent games since I was little and it did nothing to me, heck I played Thrill Kill the other day and they banned it as it was too violent...well it didn't make me want to do the crazy crap they do in it people like Jack whatever should be shot um yeah that makes me sound crazy
